What We Do

Building a project can be complex—navigating costs, schedules, and material choices while ensuring durability for years to come. Too often, clients just want honesty and fairness but instead face contractors who cut corners or prioritize profits over integrity.

At Yorke & Curtis, we do things differently. “For the LOVE of people, we Build Excellence with Earned Trust, Natural Transparency, and Generous Service.” We create an experience where our clients can be as involved as they choose while still focusing on their daily business, knowing their project is in trusted hands.

History

Yorke & Curtis, Inc. was built on a foundation of integrity, excellence, and client-focused service. In 1985, Rob Yorke established Yorke Construction with a clear mission: to deliver superior service with a commitment to honesty and quality that exceeded industry standards. In 1988, Dave Curtis joined as a partner, marking the official formation of Yorke & Curtis, Inc.

For over two decades, Rob and Dave built a reputation of trust and reliability, earning the respect of owners, developers, and architects across Oregon and Southwestern Washington. In 2012, Rob Yorke retired, passing the torch to Erik Timmons, who joined Dave as a partner to carry on the company’s legacy.
