With over two decades at Yorke & Curtis, Inc., Mike brings hands-on expertise in managing retail and multifamily remodel projects with precision and efficiency. Starting as a laborer and advancing to superintendent in 2008, he specializes in optimizing schedules, overseeing manpower, and ensuring quality control while maintaining a strong focus on safety. His experience with occupied multifamily renovations allows him to coordinate seamlessly with residents, subcontractors, and city officials, keeping projects on track and minimizing disruptions. A former Safety Board member, Mike is dedicated to maintaining high standards in both construction quality and job site safety.
